Services
FastSiteZ provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, branding and related digital services. The exact scope, price and deliverables will be agreed with the client before work begins.
Payment
Payment is required before work begins unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed in writing. By making payment, the client authorises FastSiteZ to begin the agreed work.
Client content
The client is responsible for ensuring that text, images, logos and other materials supplied to FastSiteZ may legally be used. The client must provide accurate information and reasonable cooperation needed to complete the work.
Timescales
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith and may change where delays arise from client feedback, missing content, third-party services or circumstances outside FastSiteZ's reasonable control.
Intellectual property
Ownership or licensing of third-party assets remains subject to the relevant third-party terms. The treatment of bespoke website work and source materials should be agreed as part of the project scope.
Limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
